Röhrs GmbH has taken over a new site in Soltau.
With effect from November 1, 2016, Röhrs Industrieanlagen GmbH, formerly Hoffmeier Engineering GmbH, acquired 105 employees of the Europe-wide operating assembly and plant construction company Röhrs AG at the new Soltau site through an asset deal. With this acquisition, the Hoffmeier Group expands its expertise by adding more than 40 years of experience in the fields of industrial assembly, industrial services, and plant and apparatus construction across Europe.
The transaction was accompanied by i-capital GmbH as M&A advisor (lead: Torben Seikowsky, Christian Stahl), as well as Dr. jur. Rainer Eckert – supported by Michael Schütte – as custodian of the assets of Röhrs AG, and the law firm Brinkmann & Partner as legal counsel to the management board.
