Excellent leadership begins with personal development. The i-unit Leadership Journey is a comprehensive learning journey that supports managers in actively shaping their role, strategically developing organizations, and putting modern leadership approaches into practice.

Our learning journey consists of two parts, each divided into three modules:

  1. Leadership Basic – Fundamentals of self-management, coaching methods, and leadership in difficult situations.
  2. Leadership Advanced – Strategic action, agile methods, and resilience for long-term success.

Our format: Two-day in-person modules, accompanied by peer group work and expert input on digitalization, labor law, M&A, and marketing.
