“Vision 2030 of the i-unit group – this is meant to be something big, something special for the entire group. It is intended to elevate the self-concept of the i-unit group to a new level and align us with a shared perspective for the coming years.”
With these words, the entire team of the i-unit group and wissenswerft was invited on the afternoon of July 30, 2021, to Braunschweig for the presentation of the finalized Vision 2030.
Andreas Tieftrunk and Sascha Rühmann welcomed the attendees under glorious sunshine and first provided an overview of the afternoon’s agenda.
The event opened with a discussion forum, where Lisa Anders and Michael Schmidtmann, together with Andreas and Sascha, shared their impressions and highlights from the strategy workshop and the i-unit team group sessions, while also offering insights into the future.

Nicolas Manke, Denis Seefeldt, Sven Schmidtmann, Tilo Geipel, Thomas Gabor, and Jörg Neubert then presented Vision 2030 as the result of the strategy workshop at the end of June, the consultant roundtable, and the continued group work in July.
The group work then continued. All employees formed five teams, gave free rein to their creativity in creating collages of the Road Map 2030, and then presented them.

The pictures and Vision 2030 were framed by Galerie Jaeschke, resulting in six works of art for a systemic traveling exhibition. This exhibition was presented for the first time at the after-work event on October 7, 2021, in Braunschweig and was very well received by the team.
