For the first time in its history, the i-unit group was represented by three attendees: Andreas Tieftrunk, Sven Schmidtmann, and Dirk Ziegler. In addition to many engaging networking conversations with existing clients and financial institutions, the team also held meetings with new partners. Particularly in the areas of strategic syndicated and project financing as well as real estate marketing, valuable contacts were established. Overall, the visit proved to be a successful event to further expand the strategic business field of real estate.
Expo Real in Munich is considered one of the largest and leading real estate trade fairs in Europe, alongside the Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier (MIPIM) in Cannes. After the pandemic-related cancellation in 2020, the fair once again took place this year from October 11 to 13 in Munich. Despite fewer exhibitors and visitors compared to pre-pandemic years, the atmosphere was excellent and characterized by a sense of new beginnings. Sustainability was one of the defining themes.
The i-unit group also plans to be present at Expo Real in 2022. Preparations for the group’s participation in this key industry trade fair are already underway internally. We will keep you updated.
