In September 2020, i-capital successfully completed the project of selling 100% of the shares in the Hesch Group (consisting of Hesch Schröder GmbH, Hesch Industrieelektronik GmbH, as well as the operating real estate) to Axxeron Technologies GmbH, which was advised by the M&A boutique JB Business Consulting, Münster. The shares were sold by the founder and sole managing shareholder, Mr. Walter Schröder.
i-capital advised the shareholder throughout the entire sales process. The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic (limited capacity at financing banks, suspension of in-person meetings, etc.) were successfully overcome. Together with Luther, i-capital conducted intensive, yet pragmatic and successful negotiation rounds with the buyer.
