In November 2022, i-capital successfully completed the sale of 100% of the shares in evers Arbeitsschutz GmbH (share deal) – a company belonging to OECON Holding & Service – to Arsipa GmbH.
Evers Arbeitsschutz GmbH, headquartered in Braunschweig, has been offering comprehensive service packages for over 45 years covering all aspects of occupational safety, occupational medicine, occupational health management (BGM), safety and health coordination on construction sites, fire and environmental protection, training, and the implementation of management systems.
Arsipa GmbH is a group of companies operating in the fields of occupational medicine, occupational safety, and environmental protection (HSE). Arsipa invests in companies in the industry, thereby ensuring their continued existence in the event of corporate succession or promoting joint, dynamic growth within its group of companies.
As a group of companies, Arsipa pursues the goal of being ‘closer’ to its customers, responding better to local conditions and thereby providing a higher quality service than its competitors. With the acquisition of evers Arbeitsschutz GmbH, Arsipa is strengthening its own market position in northern and eastern Germany.
