Torben Seikowsky, Managing Director of i-capital GmbH, followed up on his 2015 presentation on the topic “Joint Ventures Abroad – Practical Experience” on Thursday, April 26, 2018. At this year’s M&A Forum of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Hanover, held in media partnership with M&A Review, he spoke about current trends in the M&A market.
In addition to Torben Seikowsky, Dr. Klaus Schieble of the Maschmeyer Group, known from the Sat.1 TV show Start Up, gave a presentation on “Founders vs. Investors: When Two Worlds Collide.” Furthermore, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH delivered lectures on topics of current case law, practical insights into M&A, and the divestiture of business units.
