In November 2023, i-capital successfully completed the acquisition of Garage/Bodywork/Paint Shop Rullo Michele GmbH by PDR-Team SARL.
PDR-Team SARL, based in Tuggen, is the Swiss subsidiary of the PDR Team Group. The group is a dynamically growing, globally active family business based in Mutlangen, which was founded in 2010. Today, the group employs over 140 people and works successfully with over 250 subcontractors. The PDR Team offers services related to the management of vehicle damage after major hailstorms. For more than 10 years, the team has been serving well-known insurance companies, car dealerships, and damage control companies in a wide range of countries. The services are aimed at both private and commercial customers.
Garage/bodywork/spray shop Rullo Michele GmbH was founded in 1986 as a family business and has since specialized in bodywork and paintwork. The workshop offers comprehensive services, including accident repairs, rust damage removal, preventive paint protection, and hail damage repairs. The company has a high-performance paint shop with two baking booths and a body shop with two straightening machines.
With the acquisition of Garage/Carrosserie/Spritzwerk Rullo Michele GmbH, PDR-Team SARL is further expanding its presence in Switzerland. The regional proximity to new customer groups enables the PDR team to offer its innovative technologies and thus higher-quality services to a larger number of customers.
